Our Story

Meet the founders

Run Amuck Entertainment is the brainchild of Kerstin, Hadiyyah, and Alariza, actors who crossed paths at a now-closed theatre company in 2019. Inspired by the Urban Dictionary’s definition of “running amuck” as “out of control behavior; overly fun or disruptive; rebelling behavior,” and the mantra “Well behaved women rarely make history,” these professional performers embrace the art of causing a ruckus and making a statement. At Run Amuck Entertainment, they are dedicated to delivering unforgettable shows that challenge norms and captivate audiences.

Hadiyyah Noelle

Hadiyyah Noelle Smith (she/hers) is an Actress, Singer, Writer, and Comedian living in the Los Angeles area. She has her BFA in Acting from The Florida State University and FSU London. She also received the silver level certification in stage combat from the British Academy of Dramatic Combat. When she’s not running amuck with @runamuckent, you can find Hadiyyah performing stand up, improv, and sketch comedy all over LA at places like the Comedy store, The Fourth Wall, The Pack theatre, West Side Comedy, and Flappers comedy club. You can also find her performing Shakespeare with Backroom Shakes LA or hanging out with Gabbie the Cabbie, Billie Wholiday, and the Wandkeepers at Universal Studios!

Alariza Nevárez

Alariza Nevárez (she/her) is 1/3 of the crazy minds behind @runamuckent! She’s an established theatre arts teacher all across the Greater Los Angeles. From teaching Shakespeare to middle schoolers, facilitating improv with teens, to directing elementary schoolers in plays and musicals, Alariza feels honored to have inspired and taught youth of all ages for the last 15 years. She earned her BA in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Performance and an MFA in International Acting. When she isn’t running amuck with her theatre friends, you can find her dancing around LA with her troupe Lusty Kitten, and is gratefully kept busy through her commercial agent at Jenny Stricklin Talent Agency. 

Danielle Inks

Danielle (Dani) Inks (she/her) was most recently seen in “‘Tis the Speakeasy” and the “Squeezeasy Cabaret” At Bar Lubitsch with Run Amuck. Her background includes everything from stage, screen, and even rocking out in concert venues. If you’re ever in West Hollywood, stop by the Rainbow for a drink and say hi! Dani wants to thank the women of Run Amuck Entertainment for including her in this newest rendition of the Juice Joint. 

Annie Hudson

Annie Claire Hudson (she/her) is excited to dazzle in another Run Amuck Speakeasy! This is her 6th time performing with @runamuckent , you might have also seen her in Cinderella last year or in the Squeezeasy Cabaret this last Valentine’s Day. Other Credits include: The Addams Family Musical (Alice), Beauty and the Beast (Babette), Wednesday Addams (The Addams Family Musical), Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical), Molly Aster (Peter and the Starcatcher), and Olive Ostrovsky (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee). Jayla Bryant

Jayla Bryant (she/her) is thrilled to be in her first Run Amuck Entertainment Cabaret!  As a theatre student and music student of many years, she has appeared in RENT as Mimi, Joanne Understudy and featured ensemble, Into The Woods as the Witch, Eugenie in the original Musical Camille, Asaka and Mama Euralie in Once On This Island, and ensemble in Addams Family! She also was a part of the featured youth choir that performed in New York at Carnegie Hall in 2018!  She hopes that her future in acting is just as bright as the spotlights that shine in her and her cast members daily! She is so excited to be a part of such a wonderful and loving cast and cannot wait to share the spectacle we’ve created with all of you!

James Lambert-Solano

James Lambert-Solano (he/him) is excited to be coming out of retirement to join the Run Amuck Entertainment family in this SLAYeasy Cabaret! James is an independent documentary filmmaker with a BA in Creative Non-Fiction from CSULB, where he produced his first film, Checking INN. Prior to focusing on filmmaking, James spent many years on stage on the East Coast, touring with Kaleidoscope Theater and serving as a resident actor at Courthouse Center for the Arts. His previous credits include Mercedes (La Cage Aux Folles), Tyrone Jackson (Fame), Zoser (Aida), Lewis (Pippin), The Fox (Pinocchio), Chad (High School Musical), James Vane (Picture of Dorian Gray), and Thuy (Miss Saigon). A special thank you to Alariza and Hadiyyah for giving him this opportunity to return to the stage and revisit his first love as an artist!
